Smart Glasses + Mobile App

Facial is a pair of mart glasses which helps face blindness patients (a brain disorder characterized by the inability to recognize faces) to distinguish different people. Facial will scan biological faces and generate them into a group of recognizable (for facial blindness patient) geometric shapes. Once the geometric shapes were generated, it will be bound to the original face and users can add notes via the mobile app. For this project, I reached a group of face blindness patients via Facebook and gradually became friends with them. They provided me with valuable information about their pains and needs, and cooperated with me for many tests, finally helped me created the geometric “faces” that really works for them.
