Story scene introduction

This is a real dream adaptation.

The story begins a day in an uninhabited street, a day in the ordinary life. It was close to the afternoon and the street lights were dim. The cars in the distance can be heard speeding through, and the rushing sound of cars is even more impetuous on the empty street.


People are busy doing work, thinking about how to complete all the work quickly. The fast and mechanical typing sounds seem to express the emotions of the machine to people, and it seems that the time between people and the machine is greater than the communication time between humans. The prompt tones of text messages and phone calls kept ringing, and different kinds of bubbles began to appear above the computer screen, and more and more bubbles, which heralded an increase in anxiety.


As anxiety increased, the bubble burst. Switching to the center of another unfamiliar lake, there is no ripple on the surface of the lake, and there are some stones in front of it. Inner monologue: where am I? How to escape from here? There is a voice at this time, long and heavy: this is a place to let you froget your anxiety, close your eyes, deep breath and blow the stress off. Peaceful follow The sound of breathing completes the breathing, and it is found that the body is jumping forward without noticing it while breathing.


When she opened my eyes again, the scene switched to a beautiful and mysterious world. The whale was flying in the sky, everything was peaceful and beautiful. A hollow sphere in the middle of the scene is beating, as if the heart is beating. Everything in front of us seems to say that when we let go of our anxiety and treat life peacefully, there will always be something beautiful waiting for us.


Back to the desk again, it seemed to be back to the virtual world instantly. Humans take a deep breath to clear all anxiety bubbles. Perhaps in the future, anxiety bubbles will still arise, and even when we are on the verge of extreme collapse, we will once again be taken into a strange world, like life, but when anxiety encounters deep breathing, it will always be relieved.

人们在忙碌的做着工作,心里想着怎样快速的完成所有的工作。快速和机械的打字声音好像在表现机器对人情感,又好像人们和机器的时间大于人类之间的交流时间。短信和电话的提示音一直不停的在响起,电脑屏幕上空开始出现不同种类的泡泡,泡泡越来越多,这预示着焦虑感的增加。


随着焦虑的增加,泡泡爆裂。转换到另一个陌生的湖水中央,湖水水面上没有一丝波纹,面前有一些石头。内心独白:where am I? How to escape from here? 这时候有一个声音,声音悠长又沉重:this is a place to let you froget your anxiety, close your eyes, deep breath and blow the stress off. 平静的跟随呼吸声音完成呼吸,发现在呼吸的同时身体在不在觉的向前跳跃。


再次睁眼是在, 场景切换到美丽又神秘的世界,鲸鱼飞行在天空上,一切祥和又美好。场景的中间一个镂空的球体在跳动,仿佛是心脏在跳动。眼前的一切好像在说当我们放下眼前的焦虑,平静的对待生活,总会有美好的事物在等待着我们。


再次回到办公桌前,好像瞬间回到虚拟世界。人类深呼吸清空所有的焦虑泡泡。也许未来焦虑泡泡还会产生,甚至在极度崩溃边缘的时候,我们还会再次被带入到陌生的世界,like life, 但当焦虑遇到深呼吸总会减轻。
