In this semester, I basically completed my CHS thesis research. I will continue to study the relationship between waiting situation, ARG game and AR transmedia storytelling. Sense, through the study of waiting psychology, the anxiety of waiting mainly comes from "fear of being forgotten", which can provide this sense of achievement and companionship in the game. ARG's game concept can also help blur the boundaries between reality and virtuality, allowing players to obtain clues to crack games through cross-media, and achieve a sense of cooperation and accomplishment in the game.

In the following holiday in August, I investigated Visual effects in the Unity and AR Portal Mask this semester. At present, I have some ideas and decided to solve technical problems through this holiday time to complete these three projects. I want to complete nearly 3 projects. The first theme is "insomnia", which may be due to the pressure of graduation and confusion about the future in a special period. I decided to record the long process from when I decided to sleep to when I fell asleep. The final display form will appear at the entrance of several corridor labyrinths, designed in Unity and displayed in the form of WebGL, so that the viewer can control the direction of progress. Trigger video clips during the progress. These videos represent "memory fleshback." Moving on will trigger another one until the end of the corridor. There is a face model at the end of the corridor. When approaching this face model, it will disappear in a strange way of dissolve, which means that it has finally fallen asleep. I describe the whole process of preparing to sleep as a process of overcoming anxiety. The body will lie in bed but the thoughts will not take a rest, which will make me more anxious.

The second idea is about AR portal Mask, which selects the entrance to the virtual space through the scanning of the mobile phone, and the conversion between reality and virtuality. In this semester we discussed a lot of the concept of immersive design (deep mental involvement in something), I will think of the meaning of virtual world to reality, the virtual world may be like a dream, "Fear of closing your eyes and entering the dream, but again Hope for the dream, because no matter what you do, it will not affect your real life." I thought of three possible meanings: a. To escape the pressure of facing reality; b. To have a new experience of the real world through virtual reality; c. Entertainment. This is the most confused of the three projects, because it is not known how to visually express this project, and providing vision for human imagination is limited to imagination.

The third idea is about AR Vuforia and the theater, which scans specific images through mobile phone cameras to generate set animations. I hope to combine with the concept of the theater. In the real world, there are several pictures (or pictures on the website). Each picture is scanned by the mobile phone and an animation is generated. Each picture card is the key turning point of the story, but due to the order The ending and process of different stories are also different, forming an open ending story.

For the group work this semester, we have been exploring the theme of "immersive adventure". We have created the story background of the virtual art school. By investigating Google form and Padlet, we invite students to participate and say what is better for them. Education, around "a collaborative narrative by the students and staff of the RCA." Invited students can add topics and add opinions based on existing topics (eg. Course, business model etc.). In the final presentation process, the school's website will be presented in a virtual form.
